The musician and the conductor Hadi Sharif the Libyan Arab national was born in 1935 in the city of Tripoli Anofleen area , He began his elementary study of music in Tripoli and pursued his academic studies in Britain at the Royal Military School of Music, Kneller Hall in Twickenham.
He graduated in 1958.

He is a member in the Royal College of Music : A.R.C.M. in London
The Artist specialized in military music, orchestra conducting.
He finished his studies of music in 1966 and devoted his time to conducting the works of many composers.
He was among the 1st pioneers in the domain of his specialization in Libya.He has taken part in many musical activities ,both locally and internationally.
he has distributed many of his musical works to Libyan composers , and supervised the conducting of orchestra in these national works.
His archives almost 3000 pages of musical notations having been written by him during his life.
